Cope Plastics continues to make major capital investments to develop fabrication capabilities. Cope Plastics was a pioneer over fifty years ago in fabricating custom plastic parts and among the first to invest in CNC equipment for machining and fabricating. With the latest state-of-the-art CNC lathes, CNC vertical mills, CNC routers and CNC saws Cope Plastics can produce many configurations, as well as provide high volume parts at economical prices. Our CNC equipment can produce parts to tight tolerance. Even the most complex shapes can be manufactured consistently.

  High performance Schelling CNC panel
saw can cut up to 4" stack height.

This operator likes the challenges in his job at Cope Plastics. Here he's checking the ID, OD and screw diameter dimensions of a nylon bushing being machined in an Ocuma LT-15MY twin-spindle with live tooling.   While the Okuma MX-40HA horizontal
machining center with high-speed spindle runs, this operator puts jam nuts for crane wear pads into the next tombstone fixture.
The machine will push the nuts into proper position as part of its operation.

capacity to route parts from full sheets.
