Cope Plastics, Inc. Acquires JB Jensen & Son, Inc.

Cope Plastics, Inc., the premier distributor and fabricator of plastic sheet, rod and tube in the Midwest, headquartered in Alton, Illinois is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of J.B. Jensen & Son, Inc., located in Genoa City, Wisconsin.  As a part of this acquisition, Cope Plastics, Inc. will continue to do business under the name of J.B. Jensen & Son, Inc. at its Genoa City, Wisconsin facility.

Jensen & Son, Inc. is one of the Midwest’s premier manufacturers of specialty plastic components for industry and believes strongly in a management approach centered on quality and total customer satisfaction.  Since 1950, J.B. Jensen & Son has maintained its reputation as a fabricator of high-quality plastic components for the industry.
