              Polyimide (PI)

              Polyimide (PI) is a high performance material that can be effectively used to temperatures of 600ºF. Polyimide (PI) has high compressive strength, and good chemical resistance. Its capability to handle high speeds and temperatures make it an ideal replacement for traditional metals and ceramics. Polyimide (PI) has very low levels of ionic impurities, and is an excellent electrical insulator.
