About BUBBLE-X®

Bubble-X® is a co-extruded board made of three layers: a central thermoformed core, and two flat, compact “external skins” with “matte” finishes. These external layers are smooth and corona-treated to provide outstanding printing performance. Another unique feature is Bubble-X®’s honeycomb shaped technology allows it to have tremendous strength, while still being lightweight.  Bubble-X® is known for applications such as point of purchase displays, signs, mail totes, plastic sleeves, plastic gaylords, and other types of containers. This material is expanding into other industries like construction, automotive, architecture, and any industry where durability and weight-saving properties are highly sought after. The high-density Bubble-X® board delivers protective rigidity along with moisture and chemical resistance. This feature makes it a great application for outdoor applications, industrial applications, and a reliable option for wood replacement.  

Bubble-X® is made from 100% recyclable polypropylene that challenges the status quo by offering a greener alternative without compromising on functionality. This material comes in a variety of colors but is commonly fabricated in white.
